Forget the lactation cookies! Cut your prep time to just a few minutes, because we all know the dough is the best part anyway! This breastfeeding cookie dough has just five ingredients and is packed with 18g of dairy free protein for you pumping and nursing moms. We love it with our Salted Caramel flavor, but we've also tried it with Strawberry and it's delicious!
Mix up this dough in just a few minutes and it's ready to eat. Makes an ideal dessert or midday snack. And not to worry - it's not packed with sugar and saturated fat like typical cookie dough - instead, it's got whole-food galactagogues, protein and fiber.
If you'd like to lower the refined sugar content, try cacao nibs in place of the chocolate chips.
