Caramel Apple Delight Breastmilk Booster
This smoothie gives you the best of both worlds! Not only is it delicious and nutritious, but its also easier on the teeth than a regular caramel apple! Perfect if you want a sweet treat that brings back the fun and nostalgic flavors of a caramel apple. Additionally, apples are rich in zinc, important for immunity-boosting.

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 apple cored, peeled and chopped
1 scoop of Milk Drunk Salted Caramel Protein
1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel syrup
a few ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in the blender until smooth. If you like, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon! Serve and enjoy.

1 banana
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of marshmallow fluff
1 scoop of Milk Drunk Chocolate Protein
a few ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in the blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy.

1 banana

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
