1 scoop Milk Drunk
our fave flavors for this recipe are Vanilla, Salted Caramel or Chocolate
1-2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
*boost the protein more with a spoonful of nut butter!
Throw everything in your blender and process until smooth. Add ice on those warm fall days when a cool treat sounds nice!
