::Recipe: Ultimate Salted Caramel Protein Shake

When we say ultimate, we mean it. The addition of almond butter in this is particularly tasty - and it amps your protein too! Feel full and maintain the energy to chase down wiggly babies!


- 1 scoop Milk Drunk Salted Caramel powder
- 2 c almond milk
- 2 TBSP almond butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1/8 c maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- dash vanilla
- handful of ice cubes


Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth. For an extra-special dessert, top of coconut whipped cream and a bit of caramel drizzle. OMG SO EASY!
