I don’t know what I would eat without Milk Drunk protein powder! It was always a staple breakfast when I had my son Carson (who is now 20 months!) But now with two under two - my daughter Wren is 4 weeks old - it's definitely a staple breakfast and now an afternoon snack.
I’ll keep a blender bottle with a scoop of the protein powder in my diaper bag. It’s delicious mixed alone with water. If time allows sometimes I will mix with milk or blend in a banana. I had an oversupply with my son and now I’m tandem nursing both of my babies and my supply is keeping up with my two milk monsters and I contribute a lot to Milk Drunk!
It has milk-boosting ingredients and it’s a great way to make sure you are getting in your protein which is so important while breastfeeding! Highly highly highly recommend this protein!
