I absolutely love this protein and it has been a saving grace for me! Milk Drunk was first recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I'm so grateful that I found it. I was worried that my milk supply would dip once i started working out again after my daughter was born, but it has only increased. I am really into weightlifting and thanks to Milk Drunk, I have been able to keep up my supply while working out and after 18 months of breastfeeding.

They have so many amazing flavors. Mocha, Chocolate and the Salted Caramel flavors are my faves! I love how I am able to maintain my supply and get post workout nourishment in a shake or smoothie. Not all protein powders taste great, are chalky, or they have a weird aftertaste but not Milk Drunk. It’s delicious in smoothies, shakes, baked goods and even in a bowl of oatmeal.

When I first started using Milk Drunk, I was blown away by how much it boosted my milk supply and how much it continues to improve my supply after drinking it every day for the past 10 months. If I don't drink it daily, I notice a dip in my supply. I love not having to worry about getting enough protein in my diet or keeping up my supply while I'm breastfeeding.

My go-to smoothie is almond milk, spinach, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, blueberries, and a scoop of Milk Drunk!
