Add one scoop of protein powder to 1-2 cups almond or coconut milk and blend. Add your choice of fruit or greens to amp up the nutrition and flavor. For optimal results drink 1-2 smoothies per day. After supply increases, one smoothie per day should maintain results. *Please note that this product is not a "shake and drink" type protein powder. Due to the oat flour we recommend blending to achieve the best consistency.

Since newborns can often have milk sensitivities, Milk Drunk does not contain any dairy ingredients. Due to our manufacturing process, however, it may contain trace amounts of milk, peanuts, tree nut, soy, egg, fish, crustacean/shellfish or wheat and is not recommended for those with allergies to those ingredients.
