Vegan - Gluten Free - Soy Free - Herbal Free
For a pre-workout boost or a post-workout recovery, Milk Drunk Protein Powder is designed specifically for active breastfeeding mamas. Our Mocha protein powder is a fenugreek-free blend for breastfeeding mamas who may want to avoid herbals - but still packed with plenty of awesome whole food galactagogues.
Our vegan blend includes a high-quality pea protein as well as galactagogues like brewer’s yeast, oat flour and flaxseed that may help some mamas increase milk production.
It's nutrition plus nursing mama benefits - in just one serving, our powder delivers 17 grams of dairy-free protein, four grams of fiber and 10% of your daily value of iron. And with only six grams of sugar, it’s an ideal snack or meal addition to help fuel your body and power up for another day - because let's face it, you need it.
Milk Drunk is easy to customize and make your own - add fresh greens, berries, bananas or nut butter to create your perfect smoothie.

Add protein powder to 1-2 cups almond or coconut milk and blend. Add your choice of fruit or greens to amp up the nutrition and flavor. For optimal results drink 1-2 smoothies per day. After supply increases, one smoothie per day should maintain results. *Please note that this product is not a "shake and drink" type protein powder. Due to the oat flour we recommend blending to achieve the best consistency.
Since newborns can often have milk sensitivities, Milk Drunk does not contain any dairy ingredients. Due to our manufacturing process, however, it may contain trace amounts of milk, peanuts, tree nut, soy, egg, fish, crustacean/shellfish or wheat and is not recommended for those with allergies to those ingredients.
